    1. How do athletes get my branded app?
    Athletes download your custom app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using your unique app name.
    They search for your business name (e.g., "Elite Basketball Training") and download your branded app directly.
    The app connects to your CoachIQ platform automatically, so athletes can immediately access their programs, schedule sessions, and communicate with you.

    2. Can athletes make payments through the mobile app?
    Important limitation:
    Due to Apple and Google app store policies, athletes cannot purchase new products or subscriptions directly through your mobile app.
    What athletes CAN do:
    • Use existing credits to book sessions
    • Access products they've already purchased
    • View their payment history and subscriptions
    • Redeem access codes
    For new purchases: Athletes need to visit your website or use the web version of your platform to buy products or subscriptions.

    3. When will my app be available in the app stores?
    After you complete your app configuration in the App Builder, CoachIQ submits your app to both Apple and Google for review. This process typically takes:
    Apple App Store: 7-14 business days
    Google Play Store: 3-7 business days

    You'll receive email notifications when your app is approved and live in each store.

    4. What can athletes do in my branded app?
    Athletes can access all the same features as your web platform, including:
    • Schedule and book sessions with real-time availability
    • Access training programs and video content
    • Communicate directly with you through messaging
