One facility. Multiple paths to better development.
Elite makes a 49,000-square-foot operation understandable - from individual development and team programs to cage memberships, technology-backed assessments, and facility rental.

The challenge
Elite operates a large facility with team programs, assessments, memberships, clinics, rentals, strength work, and position-specific training. Families and staff need to understand which program, resource, and next step applies without reducing the operation to one generic calendar.
Bringing the facility programs together
The business serves individual athletes and team programs across multiple development stages. Families can enter through an assessment, summer or offseason development, a drop-in clinic, a cage membership, or a team path. Each offer needs its own explanation and next step, while still feeling like part of the same development system.
How the team works today
Elite uses HitTrax, TrackMan, radar, and laser sprint gates to add objective feedback to hitting, pitching, running, and assessment work. The technology matters because it feeds a broader development system: specialized coaches, monthly progress, position-specific training, strength work, recruiting education, and a clear next step for the athlete.
The result
Families can understand Elite’s programs, memberships, assessments, and facility options from one branded front door. Staff can support a varied facility operation while bookings and account activity remain connected.
