We own the code, databases and all rights to therein. We incorporate reasonable safeguards to help protect and secure your personal information. However, no data transmission over the Internet, or wireless transmission, or electronic storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please note that we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via our website and or products, and you do so at your own risk. The websites are general audience websites.

Data Retention and Deletion

Last updated: October 7, 2025 We retain personal information-including Google user data accessed via our integrations-only for as long as necessary to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Retention Periods - Account Data: Retained for the lifetime of the account and up to 12 months after closure to support account restoration and fulfill legal obligations. - Logs and Analytics: Retained for up to 24 months before deletion or anonymization. - Transactions and Billing Records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years or as required by applicable law. - Backups: May persist for up to 90 days before being overwritten or securely destroyed. Deletion and Removal - When you delete or close your account, we begin deletion or anonymization of related personal data-including any Google user data-within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal or security reasons. - You may request deletion of specific data at any time by contacting legal@coachiq.io. We will delete or anonymize the data unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes. - Upon deletion, we also cease synchronization or storage of Google user data for your account. Exceptions and Legal Holds We may retain certain information longer when necessary to comply with laws, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud. We may also retain aggregated or de-identified data indefinitely, provided it cannot identify individuals. User Requests and Controls Users can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data-including Google user data-by emailing legal@coachiq.io. If we cannot comply due to legal or regulatory obligations, we will inform you of the reason unless prohibited by law.

Disclosure to Third Parties
