Customer Story - Soccer - Player Development - Florida
Making an evaluation-first soccer pathway clear for families.
DARE Soccer Performance supplements club training for players ages 7 to 16 in Bradenton and St. Petersburg. Its model combines evaluation, technical mastery, soccer-specific athletic development, individualized reporting, and focused private or small-group work. CoachIQ supports the customer journey around that methodology so parents can understand the pathway and take the right next step.

The challenge
DARE offers evaluations, private training, semi-private work, and small groups across its service area. Different calendars, payment methods, and family conversations made it difficult to present availability consistently and guide each player into the right development path.
Designing the evaluation path
Every pathway begins with an evaluation session. Coaches observe technical ability, decision-making, and soccer-specific athletic movement to understand the player's current level and whether DARE is the right environment. This is also a better customer experience: parents are not forced to guess between products before the staff understands what the player needs.
How the team works today
After evaluation, DARE can guide a family toward private, semi-private, or small-group development. Individual reports document the player's needs and are updated as development continues. CoachIQ connects the surrounding workflow—website explanation, lead capture, forms, booking, payments, and communication—so the plan remains understandable after the first conversation.
The result
Families can begin with an evaluation, understand the recommended path, and complete routine booking and payment steps through one journey. DARE can support its training formats without rebuilding the process across messages and separate calendars.
