On the field. Between sessions. One coaching business.
Sean Gavin’s Receiver School pairs football training in Tampa with resources athletes can use wherever they train. CoachIQ supports the recurring memberships, online purchases, and training library behind those different ways to learn.
Different athlete paths. The same coaching expertise.
In-person athletes
Train with Sean in Tampa
The website introduces a coach-led enrollment process: contact Sean, arrange an introductory session, then choose a membership.
Starter includes four field sessions per 28 days. Starter+ pairs four field sessions with four throwing-machine sessions over the same period.
Both offers include the online training app and Film School alongside the in-person sessions.
Online athletes
Learn wherever you train
Athletes can choose a standalone program, such as the six-week progression or a focused drill package.
App access is also offered through monthly and annual subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase.
The resource portal organizes drills, workouts, and teaching material by the skills a receiver is working on.
The athlete journey
From choosing a program to continuing the work.
Website, enrollment, and training resources each have a role.
01
Find the right training path
Receiver School’s website separates in-person coaching from online training. Local athletes start with a conversation and an introductory session. Online visitors can explore a specific program, then follow its access link into Receiver School’s CoachIQ portal.
02
Enroll with the right payment structure
Starter and Starter+ use recurring payments every 28 days. Online app memberships have their own subscription options, while the six-week program is a one-time purchase. The program’s purchase button leads to account sign-in and payment. For in-person offers, the training agreement is linked to checkout rather than sent only as a follow-up form.
03
Keep working beyond the field
The online library includes releases, catching, route breaks, full workouts, and teaching tapes. The six-week program contains an introduction and 24 daily lessons. Receiver School also maintains dated Youth, Varsity, and Elite training resources in its private group. Sean described personally sending new signups the app link and GroupMe invitation, keeping a direct coaching connection in the handoff.

A concrete onboarding improvement
Put the agreement into enrollment.
Alongside this broader training setup, Sean identified a repeated task he wanted to change: manually messaging a form after signup and tracking who completed it. CoachIQ built a dedicated agreement page and linked an active waiver to 13 in-person training products.
After reviewing the setup, Sean replied, “This is perfect.” He described it as easier than messaging the form and chasing completion. It is one specific improvement within a business that already combines field coaching, recurring memberships, and digital training.
