The challenge
Skala was scheduling lessons manually, then separately booking facility time for each client. Packages in the previous payment workflow also required manual credit handling, creating repeated administrative work around every athlete’s development plan.
Replacing the double-booking loop
The training model combines coached sessions with individualized work athletes can continue outside the facility. Skala publicly emphasizes customized plans, structured weekly training, arm-care and recovery work, strength, throwing development, and Rapsodo feedback. Data is used to inform coaching and show what is changing, while the plan can be adjusted as the athlete develops or moves into a competitive season.
How the team works today
Skala serves developing pitchers, two-way athletes, teams, and older players preparing for recruitment. It also operates across Lincoln and the Omaha area. CoachIQ supports the path from assessment to the appropriate program, location, scheduling flow, payment, and communication so families do not have to reconstruct the offer from separate pages and conversations.
The result
Families can move from assessment and package purchase into the appropriate scheduling path with less manual coordination. Skala can keep the facility step and athlete journey connected instead of recreating both for every booking.
