We prepare the imports and set up CoachIQ around your facility. Here’s how we handle each part of the move.
We prepare your roster in CoachIQ’s import format, import your athletes and contacts, and walk you through the result before families are invited.
We review parent–athlete connections separately, so the family relationships your facility needs are checked as part of setup.
We prepare and import your upcoming bookings, match them to the right Schedulers, and verify dates and times before launch.
We check the facility’s time zone and review a sample of the imported schedule with you against your original records.
We use your current records to reconcile opening Credit balances with you, then set the balances and product assignments in CoachIQ.
Together, we confirm which Sessions those Credits cover. Opening balances do not include the old platform’s full Credit history.
We review your active memberships, renewal dates, and Stripe setup, then handle the supported setup steps for your facility. Existing Stripe subscriptions can be linked where the account and subscription setup support it.
We confirm any billing changes with you before launch. Saved cards and subscriptions do not automatically transfer from every provider.
