Bring a week with a private lesson, a group clinic and an off-ice Session. Show which ice allocations you control, who owns the rink calendar, and where the same coach is needed twice.
If you also manage ice rentals, resurfacing blocks or rink systems, include those requirements in the walkthrough. Verify the workflow and any integrations before relying on them.

How should I separate on-ice and off-ice bookings?
Set up distinct Schedulers for the Sessions you offer, with availability, capacity and payment rules for each. Bring your shared-space and coach requirements to the demo so the setup can be checked against your schedule.
Can athletes book using lesson Credits?
Yes. Athletes can use eligible Credits when booking a Session. You can restrict which Schedulers accept a product’s Credits and configure usage limits. See the Scheduler setup guide.
Can I share training between Sessions?
